Voice principles

The rules that guide everything the brand writes.

1. Clarity first

Use the simplest word that says exactly what you mean. Short sentences, one idea per sentence.

  • ✅ "Your colors live in one place."
  • ❌ "We centralize the chromatic management of the visual ecosystem."

2. Show, don't declare

Instead of claiming something is easy, show the step by step. Concrete examples convince more than adjectives.

3. Talk to one person

Write to "you", in the singular. Avoid "users", "people", "the audience".

4. Always a next step

Every text ends by making clear what to do next — even if it is just "explore the colors section".

Tone by context

The voice is always the same; the tone adjusts to the situation.
